Verify the registration status of a Symplany℠ account

If you are unsure whether one of your accounts has been flagged as an FLD account, you can verify the registration status in Envestnet®:

Go to:  Proposals > Client name > Registrations

Note that the Registration names for FLD / Symplany℠One and Symplany℠Pro accounts are different:

  • FLD / Symplany℠ One = "Spectrum Advisor - Firm Model" (not pictured)
  • Symplany℠ Pro = "Securian Spectrum Advisor - Symplany Pro" (pictured)
